Extends mobile home relocation protections to recreational vehicles that are park trailers or park models, including change-in-use notice requirements and relocation expense compensation of up to $4,000.

Establishes relocation fund payments for park trailers/park models when parks change from age-restricted to all-age communities, with tenants eligible for up to $4,000 in moving expenses if relocating to another age-restricted community.

Requires annual assessments on park trailers and park models (similar to mobile homes) to fund the mobile home relocation fund, with assessments waived when fund balance exceeds $8 million and reinstated when it falls below $6 million.
