Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-908 regarding workers' compensation injury reporting requirements for employers and physicians.

Adds new subsection G allowing peace officers to select a physician from a commission-established alternative physicians list for required medical examinations, instead of using the employer-designated physician.

Requires the commission to establish and maintain an alternative physicians list for peace officers to use when undergoing workers' compensation medical examinations.

Maintains existing requirements that physicians selected under the alternative list must conduct examinations and file reports consistent with standard procedures.

Preserves existing penalty provisions classifying non-compliance with injury reporting requirements as a petty offense.
