Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 18-305 and 41-1376 relating to the ombudsman-citizens aide office.

Requires each state government agency with an internet website to include a link to the ombudsman-citizens aide website and display a statement explaining that the office helps citizens resolve ongoing issues with state agencies.

Adds a new reporting requirement for the ombudsman-citizens aide's annual report to include a description of public awareness and outreach activities conducted by the office.

Effective July 31, 2018 for the amendments to section 18-305 regarding website requirements and reporting.

Approved by the Governor and filed with the Secretary of State on March 21, 2017.
