Prohibits tanning facility operators and employees from allowing persons under 18 years of age to use tanning devices.

Requires customers to present government-issued photo identification proving they are at least 18 years old before using tanning facility services.

Requires tanning facilities to post conspicuous signage stating it is unlawful to allow minors to use tanning devices.

Requires tanning facilities to maintain records for at least 2 years including customer name, age, date and time of use, duration of use, and any resulting injuries or illnesses.

Prohibits tanning facilities from advertising or distributing promotional materials claiming that tanning devices are safe, free from risk, or will result in medical or health benefits.
