AZ HB2201

Requires the Arizona Board of Regents to submit an annual report by October 1 to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting on all university debt and obligations.

Report must detail long-term notes, certificates of participation, revenue bonds, and bonds issued under section 15-1682.03.

Report must include aggregate outstanding principal, principal and interest payments by debt type, and itemization by campus and project for the most recent and next five fiscal years.

Defines "university debt and obligations" as debt where principal and interest payments are paid in whole or in part with university monies.

Effective date is June 30, 2018.
