Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-284.02 regarding electronic filing and access to superior court records.

Requires that if presiding judges provide electronic access or filing privileges to attorneys, the same privileges must also be provided to pro se litigants.

Authorizes presiding judges to impose fees of up to $100 per year for annual online access subscriptions plus up to $2 per minute for online access to court records.

Directs the clerk to deposit collected fees into the document storage and retrieval conversion fund to improve access to superior court records in coordination with the presiding judge and board of supervisors.

Takes effect December 31, 2017.
