Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1104 to update legislative travel reimbursement requirements.

Changes travel reimbursement from "as prescribed by law" to the federal mileage reimbursement rate as determined annually by the United States General Services Administration.

Maintains existing subsistence pay at $35 per day during regular or special sessions, with $25 additional per day for members whose permanent residence is outside Maricopa County.

Maintains existing subsistence limitations, including reduced $10 per day payment after the first 120 days of a regular session (plus $10 additional for non-Maricopa County residents).

Updates gender-specific language throughout the statute to use gender-neutral terms ("that member" instead of "he" and "his").
