Prohibits state agencies and individual courts from adopting or enforcing rules requiring mandatory or technical forms for notices or pleadings in forcible entry, forcible detainer, or special detainer actions.

Establishes that any notice or pleading meeting statutory requirements for content and formatting is sufficient to provide notice and pursue forcible entry or detainer actions.

Amends sections 12-1175, 33-361, 33-1305, 33-1404, and 33-2101 of Arizona Revised Statutes to include these prohibitions across multiple landlord-tenant and residential housing statutes.

Applies to actions involving tenant lease violations, non-payment of rent, and disputes over recreational vehicle and mobile home park rental spaces.

Effective date: March 21, 2017 (approved by Governor).
