• Changes reporting deadlines for anti-racketeering revolving fund reports from quarterly dates of January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 to February 28, May 28, August 28, and November 28 for state agencies and political subdivisions.

• Changes county attorney reporting deadlines to the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission from January 25, April 25, July 25, and October 25 to February 21, May 21, August 21, and November 21 for their quarterly reports.

• Requires all reports to be filed in electronic form as prescribed by the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and approved by the director of the joint legislative budget committee.

• Changes the date for the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission's comprehensive compilation report submission from September 30 to the last day of February, May, August, and November of each year.

• Effective date is September 30, 2017.
