Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-3395 to prohibit the Arizona Supreme Court from posting a list of certified defensive driving schools on the internet.

Maintains the Supreme Court's existing duties including supervision of defensive driving schools, establishment of a statewide database for attendance records, certification of schools and instructors, and adoption of rules for school qualification.

Requires the Supreme Court to make public the court diversion fees and total costs to attend defensive driving schools in each court.

Specifies that defensive driving school classes may not exceed four and one-half hours total, including testing, reviewing, and grading.

Designates the information contained in the Supreme Court's statewide database as non-public records.
