Adds Chapter 27 to Title 12 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding removal of federal judges.

Allows the Arizona Legislature to remove a federal judge who presides in the state and is not serving in good behavior by simple majority vote, pursuant to Article III of the U.S. Constitution.

Defines "not serving in good behavior" to include: judicial acts in blatant disregard of the original intent of the U.S. Constitution or federal law; professional or personal conduct unbecoming a federal judge; and grossly lenient sentences compared to national trends for similar offenses.
