Requires community colleges and Arizona Board of Regents universities to provide enrolled students and their parents with national employment statistics for graduates of their programs of instruction.

Mandates institutions provide a warning to students that participation in their program may not result in employability.

Requires institutions to make employment statistics information publicly available.

Does not prohibit students or parents from paying for classes with poor employment outcomes or restrict students from pursuing programs with limited marketable skills or employer value.
