Amends Section 36-2907 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Adds gender reassignment surgeries to the list of excluded health and medical services that are not covered under AHCCCS.

Gender reassignment surgeries join other excluded procedures including bariatric surgery, certain transplants, and circumcision of newborn males.

The exclusion applies to all covered services under AHCCCS for eligible persons under the state's health care cost containment system.
