Allows a party in a dissolution action to bring a separate civil action for damages against the other party for perjury committed during the dissolution proceedings.

Requires the claiming party to prove perjury either by clear and convincing evidence or by presenting a prior perjury conviction related to the same conduct.

Permits courts to award the greater of $500 per perjury occurrence or $10,000, plus punitive damages if appropriate and reasonable costs and attorney fees.

Sets a one-year statute of limitations beginning when the party has a reasonable opportunity to discover the perjury.

Defines "dissolution action" as proceedings under chapter 3 or chapter 4 of Title 25 (Arizona family law statutes) and "perjury" according to Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2702.
