Amends the definition of "normal retirement date" in the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) by removing age requirements for employees who become members on or after July 1, 2017, allowing retirement after completion of 15 years of credited service regardless of age.

Repeals section 38-845.03 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously required employees hired on or after July 1, 2017 to be at least 55 years old to qualify for normal retirement.

Simplifies PSPRS retirement eligibility for newly hired public safety personnel (police officers, firefighters, and other eligible groups) by eliminating the age restriction while maintaining the 15-year service requirement.
