Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-822 regarding precinct committeemen eligibility, appointment, and duties.

Changes gender-specific language throughout the statute from "his/he" to gender-neutral terms like "that" and "the precinct committeeman's" for consistency and inclusivity.

Clarifies that a precinct committeeman appointed after filing a nominating petition shall be considered an elected precinct committeeman.

Adds new subsection F establishing that precinct committeemen serve two-year terms beginning October 1 after the primary election at which they were a candidate and continuing until October 1 after the following primary election.

Modifies the duties section to reference the political party's state committee bylaws for additional duties beyond voter registration and election day assistance.
