Changes the trigger for permit suspension from arrest or indictment to conviction of an offense that makes a person unqualified under Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3101, subsection A, paragraph 7.

Removes the automatic suspension provision when a permit holder fails to present their permit for inspection upon request by law enforcement, eliminating the requirement that the Department of Public Safety immediately suspend the permit upon notification of such violations.

Reinstates all currently suspended concealed weapons permits on the effective date of the act, unless the Department of Public Safety determines the permit should be revoked or the person is no longer eligible.

Notifies all suspended permit holders of their permit status following reinstatement.
