Clarifies that exemptions under paragraphs 1 and 2 (veterans receiving VA financial aid or those with 100 percent disability) require presentation of satisfactory proof from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Limits exemptions to one vehicle or any replacement vehicle per veteran or surviving spouse, with surviving spouses losing exemption eligibility upon remarriage or death.

Updates statutory language to reference current terminology including "United States Department of Veterans Affairs" and corrects "per cent" to "percent" throughout.
