Repeals section 23-1302, Arizona Revised Statutes, which protected employees' free choice regarding labor organization membership (right to work provision).

Changes the article heading of title 23, chapter 8, article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS".

Removes reference to section 23-1302 from the list of protected retaliatory discharge circumstances in section 23-1501, eliminating protection for exercising free choice regarding nonmembership in labor organizations.

Renumbers subsequent subsections (vi through ix become v through viii) in the retaliatory discharge protections statute to reflect the deletion.

Takes effect only if Arizona voters approve repeal of Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution (the right to work constitutional provision) at the next general election.
