Requires county recorders to establish on-site early voting locations at their offices, open beginning the same day early ballots are sent out.

Extends early voting hours to 7:00 p.m. each business day through the Monday preceding election day, and requires Saturday and Sunday hours until 7:00 p.m. during the two weekends immediately before election day.

Permits electors to appear in person no later than 7:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the election at an on-site early voting location to receive and vote a ballot.

Allows county recorders to establish additional early voting locations throughout the county as deemed necessary.
