Creates new section 26-179.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes allowing Arizona National Guard members to attend public institutions of higher education at employee tuition rates.

Eligibility requires that National Guard members have exhausted their federal education benefits under 38 U.S.C. sections 3100-3122 or sections 3301-3325 for the enrolled term.

Applies to all public higher education institutions in Arizona offering reduced tuition to eligible National Guard members.
