Expands Arizona's antidiscrimination laws to add sexual orientation, gender identity, and veteran status as protected classes across employment, housing, and public accommodations.

Adds definitions for "gender identity" (gender-related identity, appearance, or mannerisms regardless of designated sex at birth), "sexual orientation" (homosexuality, heterosexuality, or bisexuality), and "veteran status" (active duty service in U.S. armed forces).

Prohibits discrimination in employment, including hiring, compensation, terms of employment, and apprenticeship programs based on the new protected classes; allows bona fide occupational qualifications if sex is a BFOQ with individuals recognized as qualified based on gender identity.

Extends housing discrimination protections to include sexual orientation, gender identity, and veteran status in property sales, rentals, financing, brokerage services, and real estate transactions.

Applies new protections to public accommodations, prohibiting discrimination in services, facilities, and accommodations based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and veteran status.
