Amends section 42-2003, Arizona Revised Statutes, to permit the Department of Revenue and Attorney General to share confidential tax information with Indian tribes located in Arizona for enforcement of tobacco control laws, reduced cigarette ignition propensity standards, and master settlement agreement provisions.

Allows information sharing between state and local agencies and Indian tribes for purposes of enforcing tobacco-related statutes and agreements specified in the bill.

Permits disclosure of confidential information to courts, arbitrators, data clearinghouses, and counsel for parties or expert witnesses assessing compliance with or making calculations required by the master settlement agreement.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections by limiting disclosure to information necessary for enforcement of specific tobacco control laws and settlement agreements listed in the statute.
