Replaces gendered pronouns ("his," "he") with gender-neutral language ("that," "the precinct committeeman's") throughout Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-822 regarding precinct committeeman eligibility and duties.

Clarifies that a precinct committeeman appointed after filing a nominating petition is considered an "elected" precinct committeeman (changes "and" to "an").

Establishes that precinct committeeman term of office begins the day after the county board of supervisors issues the official canvass for the primary election in which they were a candidate and continues until the canvass is issued for the following primary election.

Maintains existing provisions regarding eligibility (registered voter in precinct), vacancy conditions (moving from precinct or changing party affiliation), and minimum duties (voter registration assistance and election day support).
