Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 16-824 and 16-826 regarding political party committee meetings and organization.

Allows county committee chairmen to provide meeting notice to precinct committeemen by e-mail in addition to United States mail, with at least 10 days advance notice required.

Allows state committee chairmen to provide meeting notice to state committeemen by e-mail in addition to United States mail, with at least 10 days advance notice required.

Makes minor grammatical corrections, including changing "which" to "that" and "vice-chairman" to "vice chairman" in references to county committee officer positions.
