Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-1110 to clarify filing requirements for insurance advertising and sales materials.

Establishes seven categories of advertising materials that are exempt from filing requirements, including brand awareness materials, content for group administrators only, web pages for current members, and certain social media content.

Defines "call to action" as statements inviting consumers to contact an insurer or attend events for the purpose of selling products or services.

Expands the definition of "insurer" for purposes of advertising exemptions to include disability insurers, fraternal benefit societies, dental plan organizations, hospital service corporations, and health care service organizations.

Became effective April 14, 2017.
