Appropriates $30,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2017-2018 to the Arizona highway user revenue fund for distribution to counties and municipalities.

Distributes funds as follows: 33.231% to counties, 48.097% to incorporated cities and towns, 5.247% to incorporated cities with 300,000+ population, and 13.425% to counties with 800,000+ population.

Funds must be distributed according to existing procedures in Arizona Revised Statutes sections 28-6540 and 28-6538.

Appropriated funds may only be used for direct costs of constructing, reconstructing, maintaining, or repairing public highways, streets, and bridges, including rights-of-way acquisitions and related expenses.
