Adds a new criminal offense (paragraph 17) to Arizona's misconduct involving weapons law: storing a firearm without a lock and key, combination lock on the trigger, or in a securely locked box or container.

Classifies the new firearm storage offense as a class 1 misdemeanor under subsection M.

Makes technical corrections to existing statute language, including changing "that" to "who" in subsection D and adjusting punctuation in subsection M.

Applies to all persons storing firearms, with the offense adding to existing prohibited weapons conduct defined in section 13-3102, Arizona Revised Statutes.
