• Removes language from Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-449.03 that mandated admitting privileges for surgical abortion physicians and for medication abortion physicians.

• Eliminates the requirement that a physician with admitting privileges remain on premises during recovery room operations for surgical abortions.

• Amends Section 36-404 to remove confidentiality protections previously granted to physician admitting privilege information received by the department.
