Requires presidential candidates to submit copies of their federal and state income tax returns for the five years immediately preceding the general election to the Arizona Secretary of State, with deadline of September 15 before the general election.

Makes a presidential candidate ineligible for the general election ballot if they fail to provide copies of their income tax returns.

Makes all candidates for presidential elector ineligible for the general election ballot if their party's presidential candidate fails to submit the required tax return copies.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 16-242 and 16-344 to establish these new eligibility requirements for presidential candidates and their electors.
