Amends section 41-121, Arizona Revised Statutes, to add new duties for the Secretary of State related to constitutional conventions.

Requires the Secretary of State to collect and compile a registry of all legislative resolutions or memorials approved by the Arizona legislature that call for a convention to propose amendments to the U.S. Constitution under Article V, or that rescind or otherwise affect such a convention call.

Mandates the Secretary of State make the registry publicly available on their website and transmit the registry contents to the United States Congress.

Preserves the Secretary of State's existing authority to refuse services or filings that appear unlawful, illegitimate, false, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith, with the exception of election filings.
