Amends section 13-3411 to remove obsolete statutory language requiring drug-free school zone maps to be filed with county recorders, eliminating references to repealed statute sections.

Repeals nine education statutes (sections 15-154.01, 15-342.02, 15-706, 15-712, 15-712.01, 15-713, 15-714, 15-714.01, 15-716, 15-717, 15-719, 15-720, and 15-720.02) to remove outdated or superseded education code provisions.

Makes technical corrections to sections 15-183, 15-203, 15-211, 15-341, and 15-342 to update references and remove statutory language dependent on the repealed sections.

Changes CPR instruction requirements in section 15-718.01 from mandatory ("shall") to permissive ("may"), removing the July 1, 2019 deadline.

Directs the legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation to align Arizona Revised Statutes with the provisions of this act during the 2017 legislative session.
