Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-481 and 15-491 relating to school district override elections and bond elections.

Requires school districts to post the deadline for submitting arguments in override elections in a prominent location on the district's website and publicly declare it when ordering the election.

Adds a new required statement in override election informational reports showing per pupil revenues from all funding sources (federal, state, and local) for the most recent fiscal year available from the superintendent of public instruction's annual report.

Requires school districts conducting capital improvement override or bond elections to submit proposed ballot language to the director of the Arizona legislative council at least 85 days before the election for compliance review.

Makes technical corrections updating outdated language, including changing "upon" to "on" in various tax levy provisions and changing "per cent" to "percent" throughout the statute.
