Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-204 to modify election date requirements for political subdivisions statewide.

Adds requirement that transaction privilege tax elections for counties, cities, and towns must be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November only in even-numbered years.

Maintains existing consolidated election dates for candidate elections (tenth Tuesday before first Tuesday after first Monday in November and first Tuesday after first Monday in November for even-numbered years) and non-candidate elections (second Tuesday in March, third Tuesday in May, and the two November dates).

Applies effective date of December 31, 2017 to the statutory amendments.
