Amends Arizona's revised uniform anatomical gift act by adding a new definition for "nontransplant anatomical donation organization" as an entity that facilitates nontransplant anatomical donations through referrals, informed consent, donor assessment, and handling of donations including acquisition, storage, and distribution.

Renumbers existing definitions in section 36-841 to accommodate the new definition, shifting subsequent definition numbers from 16 through 33 to 17 through 34.

Expands the definition of "procurement organization" in section 36-841 to include nontransplant anatomical donation organizations as a category alongside organ procurement organizations, tissue banks, eye banks, and licensed storage facilities.

Adds a new exemption in section 36-851.01 to exclude hospitals licensed under chapter 4 from needing a state procurement organization license.

Clarifies that procurement organizations affiliated with hospitals for recovery of anatomical gifts for research or education, including quality improvement and assurance purposes, are exempt from state licensure requirements if affiliated with a licensed hospital.
