Amends section 20-1097.10 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding capital and reserve requirements for prepaid legal insurance applicants.

Reduces unimpaired capital requirement from $600,000 to $50,000 for applicants selling only legal services plans related to lawful use of firearms.

Requires applicants to maintain surplus funds equal to at least 50 percent of the applicable capital requirement.

Requires applicants to maintain an unearned premium reserve meeting the requirements prescribed in section 20-506.
