Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1472 regarding community college district workforce development accounts and reporting requirements.

Requires each community college district or community college owned/operated/chartered by a qualifying Indian tribe to submit a biennial workforce development report to state leadership and the Arizona commerce authority by December 1 of every even-numbered year.

The report must include the workforce development plan activities, expenditure purposes and goals, and accounting of monies expended under the existing workforce development provisions in subsection B.

A copy of the final report must also be provided to the secretary of state.

Applies specifically to community colleges on Indian reservations operated by qualifying Indian tribes as defined in section 42-5031.01.
