AZ HCR2014

Proposes amending Article XI, Section 8 of the Arizona Constitution regarding the permanent state school fund for common and high schools.

Removes semicolons and replaces them with commas in the list of sources from which the state school fund is derived, including public school land sales, escheated estates, unclaimed corporate shares, and gifts or bequests.

Changes the language from "and in such manner as may be prescribed by law" to "and in such manner as may be prescribed by law" to clarify the apportionment of school land rental revenues.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposed constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election.
