Arizona Legislature applies to Congress under Article V of the Constitution to call a convention of states limited to proposing a constitutional amendment to set term limits for U.S. House Representatives and U.S. Senators.

This application operates as a continuing application until at least two-thirds of state legislatures make similar applications on the same subject.

The application shall be aggregated with other states' applications seeking a convention on congressional term limits for purposes of meeting the two-thirds threshold required by Article V, but shall not be combined with applications on other subjects.

Arizona Secretary of State must transmit this resolution to Congress leadership, the President, Senate leadership, House leadership, Arizona's congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures.
