Proposes amendment to Arizona Constitution changing judicial election system from merit-based appointment with retention elections to partisan elections for Supreme Court justices and most judges.

Reduces term lengths for Supreme Court justices from 6 years to 2 years and for superior court judges from 4 years to 2 years.

Changes chief justice term of office from 5 years to 2 years, elected by court justices.

Repeals sections 36-38 and 40-42 of Article VI, eliminating the Commission on Appellate Court Appointments and Commission on Trial Court Appointments in favor of direct partisan elections.

Establishes new Commission on Independent Redistricting Commission Appointments to oversee redistricting commission membership, replacing prior appellate court appointment commission duties.
