Renews the designation of the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport as a Military Reuse Zone (MRZ) for an additional ten-year term, extending the expiration date to December 3, 2027.

The MRZ designation, originally established in 2002 and previously renewed in 2007, provides economic development incentives to attract investment and job creation in the aviation and aerospace industry.

Recognizes that the MRZ has helped attract six companies and create over 900 direct jobs since 2003, despite a 93% reduction in aerospace defense industry jobs in the zone since 2007.

Affirms that the renewed designation will facilitate state and local economic readjustment efforts through commercial and industrial development opportunities and infrastructure improvements.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the City of Phoenix and the City of Goodyear.
