Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2504 regarding escape in the first degree from correctional and secure care facilities.

Adds "a juvenile secure care facility" to the list of facilities from which escape in the first degree can be charged, alongside juvenile detention facilities and adult correctional facilities.

Clarifies that sentences for escape in the first degree shall run consecutively to any confinement in a secure care facility in addition to existing consecutive sentencing requirements.

Maintains escape in the first degree as a class 4 felony when committed using or threatening physical force or deadly weapons against another person.
