Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3015 regarding emergency interception of communications.

Changes grammatical reference from "determines" to "determine" when referring to the attorney general or county attorney's authorization of emergency interception.

Removes redundant language "the provisions of" in two locations where the statute references Section 13-3010.

Clarifies that "this subsection does not prohibit" communications use as evidence against persons conducting unauthorized interceptions that were not made in good faith.
