Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2204 regarding defrauding secured creditors.

Clarifies that a person commits defrauding secured creditors by knowingly destroying, removing, concealing, encumbering, converting, selling, obtaining, transferring, controlling, or otherwise dealing with property subject to a security interest with intent to hinder or prevent enforcement of that interest.

Establishes defrauding secured creditors as a class 6 felony.

Defines "control" as having the same meaning prescribed by section 13-1801.
