Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add occupational therapy as a covered outpatient health service for all eligible persons under AHCCCS.

Removes the exclusion of occupational therapy from outpatient health services for eligible persons age 21 and older by striking language that prohibited coverage for this population.

Occupational therapy services must be ordered by a physician or primary care practitioner to be covered under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System.

Maintains existing limitations and exclusions for other health and medical services under AHCCCS while expanding coverage to include occupational therapy for adult beneficiaries.
