Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 40-201 to add a new subsection B defining "renewable energy" to include hydroelectric power.

Applies the renewable energy definition to any rule or order adopted by the Arizona Corporation Commission under chapter 40, whether adopted before or after the effective date of this amendment.

Makes hydroelectric power explicitly eligible for treatment as renewable energy in all regulatory proceedings and determinations by the Commission.
