Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-862 regarding advisory boards for code enforcement in counties.

Changes advisory board composition requirement from "at least members" to "a member" from each of five specified categories (architect, engineer, contractor, public representative, and trades worker).

Replaces phrase "the state of Arizona" with "this state" throughout the statute for consistency and technical correction.

Maintains existing provisions that advisory boards consist of at least five but not more than seven members, with county official serving as non-voting ex officio secretary.

Preserves ability for counties and cities/towns to specify advisory board appointment procedures through intergovernmental agreements.
