Repeals section 15-189.03 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to school curricula requirements.

Modifies transfer credit policies to allow students transferring from charter schools, school districts, or online instruction in other states to receive core credit if they either scored proficiently on statewide assessments or were administered a proctored end-of-course exam aligned to state academic standards.

Allows students unable to meet core credit transfer requirements to test and demonstrate competency for core credit under existing procedures.

Removes a previous provision prohibiting schools from requiring proof of payment for credits earned in Arizona online instruction between May 1 and July 31.

Makes technical corrections to section 15-808 regarding Arizona online instruction, including replacing "electronic mail" with "e-mail" throughout the statute.
