Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 3-113 to allow producers, shippers, or their associations to sue for damages when false information about perishable agricultural food products being unsafe for human consumption is maliciously disseminated to the public.

Establishes liability for any person who intentionally spreads false information about perishable agricultural food products not being safe for consumption with the purpose of harming a producer or shipper.

Permits courts to award successful parties court costs and reasonable attorney fees in actions brought under this section.

Sets a two-year statute of limitations from the date false information is disseminated to commence legal action.

Defines "false information" as statements not based on reliable scientific facts and data that the disseminator knew or should have known to be false; applies to perishable agricultural food products grown or produced in Arizona.
