Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-801 to update the definition of "published" to include electronic reproduction online, in addition to traditional printing methods.

Expands the scope of how municipalities can publish codes and regulations they adopt by reference, allowing digital publication alongside physical reproduction methods.

Changes references from "which" to "that" in three locations within the statute for grammatical consistency.

Effective date: Approved by the Governor on April 10, 2017, and filed with the Secretary of State on the same date.
